PASTOR​
Stuart Shackleton

Stuart “Shacky” Shackleton has been the pastor of this church for the past 15 years. Pastor Shacky is a gifted preacher and teacher. He has a desire to see our church grow in reaching and supporting families, children and youth in the ways of Jesus. Our pastor is approachable, fun-loving, and hospitable.​

​​​Jeremy Geake

Jeremy has attended South Hanwell Church for many years and started following Jesus in his teens, after experiencing clear assurance from God that, as a follower of Jesus, he was part of God’s family. Over the years he has led or helped run various initiatives at church, including youth work and stuff for men.​

Martin Durham

Martin has been in local church leadership for over 20 years and, having left a banking career in 2001, has for the last 24 years been leading the gospel ministry known as Kerygma180.

DEACONS

Sarah Browne

A lifelong attendee of SHBC, Sarah has served on the leadership team for almost 2 decades. Sarah has been the church secretary for the past 5 years and is the Designated Lead for Safeguarding. A primary school teacher by profession, Sarah is mum to 2 lively girls and loves to read in her spare time.

Harry Chang

​​Harry is from London and moved to South Hanwell in 2022. He helps with the men's activities and sound team at church. He is married to Helina, enjoys studying the Bible with others, and loves football and travelling.

Rachel Durham

​Rachel has been attending South Hanwell all her life and works as a pre school teacher at a local nursery. She helps to lead the children’s ministry at church and is married to Martin. Together they have two daughters and a grandson.

Robert Geake

Robert has been a member of South Hanwell for many years. He is involved in assisting in various areas of the church, including regularly leading the International Life Group.

Israel Heringer

Israel has attended South Hanwell since 2022 with his family since they moved to the UK from Brazil. He has been leading the worship ministry and the church and occasionally helps with audio stuff.

James Mroczynski

​James was born and raised in London and was saved by the Lord Jesus in his teens. Married to Edyta for 30 years, with 7 home-schooled children (now mostly grown up), James has attended SHBC for about 10 years. James has a background in Bible teaching, occasionally preaches, and often helps out maintaining the building.

​Andrea Poster

Andrea has been a member at South Hanwell for several years and is involved in lots of areas at the church - but you’ll likely see her helping with the children’s work. Andrea is married to Rick and has two children

TREASURER
​​Rick Poster

Rick has been at South Hanwell since he decided to follow Jesus as a teenager. Rick is a deacon, and as treasurer, he oversees South Hanwell’s financial affairs and accounting practices. He helps to co-lead a midweek life group. You can often find Rick helping out on the sound desk.
